MEDDICC Inside Your CRM: Watch the Webinar Recording
How do you make MEDDICC part of the way your team sells every day?
It starts with connecting qualification to customer conversations, CRM activity and the decisions managers make during pipeline reviews.
On October 29, 2026, Carlos Antonioli, Founder & CEO of Sention, joined David Gómez Jiménez, Founder of Meddicc Score, for a practical webinar on implementing MEDDICC inside your CRM.
The recording is now available.

What the session covers
Building MEDDICC into your sales process
Explore how to translate the seven MEDDICC elements into CRM fields, stage requirements and a deal scorecard.
The session considers what evidence a team needs at each stage, how managers can reinforce qualification, and how to review the process as the organisation learns from its deals.
Turning qualification gaps into better conversations
An interested contact and a request for a proposal can make an opportunity feel promising. Important questions may still remain unanswered:
- What measurable outcome does the customer want?
- Who controls the investment?
- How will the customer evaluate and approve the purchase?
- What has the champion done to move the opportunity forward?
These questions give managers a basis for coaching and help reps prepare their next customer conversation.
Using Meddicc Score in HubSpot
The live demonstration follows a fictional opportunity through an initial assessment, a follow-up customer meeting and reassessment.
It shows how CRM activity can supply qualification evidence, how category feedback highlights gaps, and how newly recorded information changes the assessment.
The session also includes qualification history, the manager’s view across the pipeline, and a brief look at the Zoho CRM interface.
Understanding what the score means
A qualification score describes the available evidence against the configured assessment standard. It does not represent a probability of winning.
A well-qualified opportunity still depends on customer decisions, successful evaluations and execution. The useful next step is to inspect the evidence behind the number and decide what needs attention.
A resource for reps, managers and RevOps
This session is for teams introducing MEDDICC, improving an existing implementation, or looking to make better use of Meddicc Score.
Use it to review your qualification process, discuss the questions managers ask, and identify where CRM information can better support the next customer action.
